A/Prof Gyorgy Scrinis

Gyorgy is Associate Professor of Food Politics and Policy in the School of Agriculture and Food, Faculty of Veterinary and Agricultural Sciences, at the University of Melbourne. His current research focuses on the power of food corporations, the politics and policy of ultra-processed foods, the philosophy of nutrition science and food technology, university student food insecurity. He is the author of Nutritionism: The Science and Politics of Dietary Advice.
